January 2023: An update regarding the Chapel & York Singapore Foundation

A Foundation can help if your organisation is anticipating a single or occasional gift but does not wish to enter into an ongoing membership relationship with the Foundation. No membership fee is required for the single gift service, however, there is a £250 due diligence fee which requires payment in order to progress the application. The retention fee for this service is 5%.

Once payment of the due diligence fee has been received, you will immediately be sent an email with the application form to complete. Please check your junk email folder if you cannot see the email after a few minutes.

In reviewing your application and conducting our due diligence, Chapel & York will review your application as appropriate to ensure your organisation is suitable to receive grants. In this process, Chapel & York makes no judgements as to the value of the work you do or the capacity of your organisation to do it. In the event of your application being rejected the due diligence fee is non-refundable.

Note:

  • The due diligence and acceptance process will not commence until a completed application has been received.
  • The due diligence lasts for 3 months from the date the Single Donation service is purchased.  Any donations received outside of the 3 months will require further due diligence checks and therefore an additional due diligence fee will be required.
