Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Membership services

Your membership begins once your application has been approved and your account activated.

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If the service has already started, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already carried out.

If your application is not approved, we may retain all or part of the processing fee to cover administrative work completed.

Digital downloads

Digital content will be delivered immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your right to withdraw will be lost once access begins.

Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
